Safety Policy Statement
The management of 3F Construction LLC is committed to providing every employee a workplace free from recognized hazards, and to complying with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including the OSHA construction standards at 29 CFR Part 1926.
Safety is a condition of employment and a core value equal in importance to production, quality, schedule, and cost. No task is so urgent that it cannot be performed safely. Employees are our most valued resource, and all necessary steps will be taken to protect their health and safety.
Every employee, subcontractor, and visitor on a 3F Construction project is expected to follow this program. Every worker has the authority — and the obligation — to stop work that presents an imminent danger, without fear of retaliation.
